The service
EventLens is a photography delivery platform for studios and photographers. Guests use find-me portals only when invited by a studio (for example via a shared gallery link). By creating an account or using a guest portal, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and plans
Studios are responsible for their account, team access, and content they upload. Plan limits (photos, storage) may apply. We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, break the law, or put other users at risk.
Acceptable use
- Upload only photos and materials you have the right to use and share.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to access another studio’s data or disrupt the service.
- Guests should only use find-me for galleries they were invited to view.
Face matching
Find-me matching is best-effort to help guests locate photos. It is not identity verification, security screening, or a guarantee that every photo of a person will be returned. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and gallery indexing.
Limitation of liability
EventLens is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of photos due to studio actions, misconfiguration, or third-party services. Your statutory rights are not affected where they cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available at this page.
